Christmas Please

It's Christmas time again and Santa has just returned from another successful trip around the world and he has organised a feast for all his elves after his one thousandth successful Christmas but as of the last century he feels that not all of his elves have been up to par so to allow them into his feast each year and it's your job to determine if they are up to Santa's standards and too stay in the elf industry.
